Boggled me. I acted for years as if I were without depression & anxiety & fear. It fell apart, spectacularly.

I always thought of myself as Eleanor Rigby. On the days that I actually made it out to work, I put on the pretend face that I kept by the door. Finally realized I wasn't fooling anyone but myself. Hence the hermit thing now. So much easier.
