iTunes "Lose It" - App - amazing

I put this app on my phone and it works like a charm-excellent. I just set my goals and add the calories per day, it tells me how many more I can have for that day-and you can add in excercise-amazing. I know weight watchers counts calories/points, but this way I have total control.
I have already lost 2 lbs in 10 days, my goal is to lose that annoyng 7-10lbs. And, I am not starving.
You can use it online and do group stuff as well.
Try it!

I am looking for both a good exercise app and a diet app (iphone)... How did you decide on this one? hlthe2b Apr 2012 #1

Does this one automatically calculate calories for food and if so is the data base extensive? I'd really like to have one that would show all the nutritional breakdown as well (fiber, protein, carbs, total fat, trans fat, saturated fat, vitamins, minerals, etc.)

Thanks for your thoughts.
