Working on 24.9 BMI

I was 6 lbs over before COVID and got up to 21 over my health number. Now 13 lbs over.
Last year the indoor track I was using closed down, so winter was hard. I have a track in my back yard, but was only jogging 2 or 3 days a week when my track was snow and ice free. The last few days I’ve been jogging a 5K in the morning and another 5 K brisk walk in the evening. This seems to be the ticket. 71 years old and want to keep it reasonable.
My goal is now a combined 10 Ks 5 times a week. Doing better with the healthy diet. Diet is easier with the work outs. Want to hit that 24.9 or lower BMI.
Flexible goals.

I probably need to lighten up a little. I've read that a healthy BMI for seniors is higher than for younger people. Also, I keep getting shorter! I was once 5'7". Now at 76 I'm 5'5". I don't mind it, but it means that that 24.9 is more elusive.

I weigh 157 and I'd have to weigh 150 to get there. I look pretty good now so I'll just try to maintain.

out of HS. 213 and I’m still 6’3”.
Got my yearly blood work numbers back yesterday and all my numbers are better than ever. My long range goal is get down to 185. I know my knees would love to see another 25lbs gone. My track is on sand and that helps. 1/10 mile laps. 32 laps for 5K.
