* video still needs remastering

...but I've been at my desk for a couple of hours and realized that I needed the stretch. It is a good one! Did it all the way.

Thanks!

Not at all authentic, just a bit of stretching and flexing to get the blood flowing.

7. Here's what I did: I found an exercise bike that I could use while watching Jeopardy

Mine is comfortable for us seniors, padded seat and back, grab bars to the side to steady yourself. Not expensive but you have to be able to put it together or, like us, have someone who is handy do it. I started slowly and have worked up to20 minutes twice a day. Took Saturday off when I was super busy out of the house but goal is achievable most days. It gets my heart rate up a bit and is wonderful for my arthritic knees! It was reasonably priced and I got free shipping.

10. I used to have a recumbent exercise bike (former gym equipment) and it was great

I stopped using it and gave it away when I realized for the sake of my mid-upper back, I really need the upright exercise. (I sit way too much as it is.) So I've got a Gazelle strider that I use to go for a leisurely stroll and watch the sunrise over the neighbor's house across the street, if I'm early enough

11. I need a walker for such things as museum visits. My base of spine arthritis is just too painful

after a certain amount of time. I learned this on my much awaited, wanted visit to the Matisse exhibit at MoMA last summer (during the heat wave). My back was in screaming pain. Never again.
