Underestimated junkie/addict.

(X post from Ohio group)

We'll do anything in our disease. Also explains roll byes at meetings this afternoon.
When CPD gets this guy, I cannot imagine he'll be offered drug diversion

.
Snip--"When officers arrived, they administered Narcan to the man, 25-year-old Jeremy Davis, who was revived.

Davis was examined by paramedics at the scene while officers checked to see if Davis had outstanding warrants. Police say Davis ran out of the ambulance and stole a police cruiser.

Davis crashed the cruiser, which was found in the area of East Woodrow Avenue and South Pearl Street about two miles away. Davis had fled on foot."

Addicts will do anything to get their fix...anything....but..there are many kinds of ADDICTS..

1. Sugar addicts.
2. Pizza addicts.
3. Gambling addicts.
4. Cigarette addicts.
5. Booze addicts
6. Medicine addicts
7. TV addicts
8. Computer addicts
9. Sports Addicts of many kinds each has its own category
10. Toy addicts
11. etc. etc. etc.
12. Cleaning addicts..(I just thought of that one) Yes there are people who want their homes so clean and neat and they spend lots of their time just cleaning and neating!! Of course, no one would say that they are addicts unless they are close and observe all of it

That is why there are many kinds of 12 step programs. We are ...addicts.!!!!

... then revived on Narcan ... could POSSIBLY have the energy to do all that.

Normally a junkie would be so freaking dopesick they'd be doubled over, crapping themselves and throwing up. Maybe had some meth or something else going as well ...

It never harmed anyone physically. I couldn't live with that. Emotional harm is what I'm dealing with. But it feels good.
