Seven, which always pissed me off because after a movie filled with wise decisions Morgan Freeman's character handles the end of that movie like a nervous kid. There were a dozen options for his character and he chose the only one that played into the antagonist's hands.

Any Hannibal Lecter movie.

Primal Fear, any action movie if you leave 3/4 of the way through, and any documentary of the rise of George W. Bush.
