15 bucks turns into 20 which turns into 25 and then 30 and so on. I was anxiously waiting, anticipating and looking forward to subscribing, never occurred to me they'd be that greedy on their launch. bummer.

Sound continually cuts out and it continually stops to buffer. They're going to have to do a lot better than that for $15 a month.

I tried this on my computer as well as Apple TV. Not even going to bother on my iPad. It improves drastically during my 30 day free trial, or I will not subscribe.

I'm with you. If it doesn't improve, it is nowhere near worth the $15 fee. Hopefully they get their stuff under control and increase their broadband.

I did find that it worked better on Explorer than Chrome (which makes NO sense as far as how many resources each one demands from your computer--though that seems to support the conclusion that the problem is HBO's and not mine).

You have to poke around a bit to find it, but it's actually labeled feedback.
