does not mean you are permanently immune. It may be simply a case of there being different strains. Like colds. You get a cold and you recover. You are now immune to that specific cold virus. Alas, there are at least 200 different cold viruses. On the up side, the common cold doesn't kill, and over the years once you've had a sufficient number of colds, you almost never get them. I haven't had a cold in about four years, and that was the first one in two or three years. I'm 66 now, so I will probably live the rest of my life, however long that turns out to be, rarely getting a cold.
