A Texas judge signed off on the firing of a woman who wanted to pump breast milk at work, because it was allegedly not related to her gender sex.

Discrimination on the basis of anything having to do with women's unique physical/reproductive characteristics/needs is discrimination on the basis of sex, period.

(Come on, people, this is sex, not gender.)
