I have a problem with the term "slut shaming". I agree completely with the sentiment, but the wording is problematic given that the term "slut" is itself a sexist slur, one that is WHOLLY based on a Patriarchal Double Standard. It sounds, in other words, like we are criticizing those who would "shame sluts" rather than criticizing the word and the concept behind it.

If it continues to be used, I think quote marks should be placed around "slut" to signify its illegitimacy.
