(soooooo, the police never ran his name, just took his word that he had never done anything before? WTF???)

Stanford rapist videoed himself smoking a bong, bragged about taking acid then lied to judge about his 'inexperience' with alcohol and partying, court papers show

Brock Turner was convicted of raping an unconscious 23-year-old woman
In letter to Judge Aaron Persky, he said he was inexperienced with alcohol
But data found on his phone showed references to using and buying alcohol and drugs while he was in high school
One video showed Turner drinking liquor immediately after taking bong hit
Also talked about drinking and taking LSD in numerous text messages
Persky did not comment on Turner's lies, but banned him from alcohol during three years of probation

Evidence found on Brock Turner's phone showed the former Stanford student who was convicted of rape smoking from a bong and bragging about doing drugs like LSD. Despite Turner's claims that he was an inexperienced drinker, photos, text messages and videos showed he used alcohol and drugs in high school, according to the prosecutor's sentencing memo cited by the East Bay Times.

Brock Allen Turner (pictured left, from the night of his arrest, and right in a later sentencing photo) was sentenced to just six months in county jail for raping a 23-year-old in January 2015
In a letter to Judge Aaron Persky, Turner wrote, 'Coming from a small town in Ohio, I had never really experienced celebrating or partying that involved alcohol,' but evidence on his cell phone suggested otherwise

In a letter to Judge Aaron Persky, Turner wrote, 'Coming from a small town in Ohio, I had never really experienced celebrating or partying that involved alcohol,' but evidence on his cell phone suggested otherwise

In a letter to Persky, Turner wrote, 'Coming from a small town in Ohio, I had never really experienced celebrating or partying that involved alcohol,' the East Bay Times reported.
Turner's letter also stated: 'Living more than 2,000 miles from home, I looked to the guys on my swim team as family and tried to replicate their values in how they approached college life.'

But data found on Turner's cell phone painted a drastically different picture, with references to using weed and LSD stretching back to April 2014, when he was still a high school student in Ohio.

A video found on his phone, which was confiscated by the police, showed Turner smoking out of a bong and drinking from a bottle of liquor on December 27, 2014, almost a month before the rape. He also asked about buying wax to 'do some dabs' in a December 18th text, referencing a form of butane hash oil, which is highly concentrated with tetrahydrocannabidiol, or THC.
Turner also said he took acid in a text message to a friend on July 25, 2014.

When his friend mentioned candyflipping, slang for taking LSD and MDMA together, Turner said: 'I gotta [expletive deleted] try that. I heard it's awesome.'

. . . .
