about the change in standards for giving blood
I called the national red cross yesterday afternoon after looking on line and seeing that the requirement wording hadn't changed. According to the helpful operator apparently the question will remain unchanged but there will be a follow up if a person answers yes. So in order for a person to give blood they not only have to have been celebrate for a year but also discuss your sex life with someone. I am honestly mystified as to why the wording hasn't been changed yet.
