Unlucky gay-basher left bloodied and humiliated after tangle with gay married West Point grads

A would-be gay-basher got more than he bargained for when the two men he attacked in a New York City bodega turned out to be trained graduates of the U.S. military academy at West Point.
According to the New York Daily News, West Point graduates and husbands Daniel and Larry Lennox-Choate were shopping at a bodega in SoHo when a man spewing antigay epithets rushed up and punched Daniel in the face.
~snip~
I handled the situation and tossed him in the street like the coward loser he is, the Facebook post continued. The hate crimes division of the NYPD is on the case and we have full faith a positive outcome will follow.
We refuse to be victims and are thankful we can defend ourselves, but are saddened by the fact that idiots like this guy might not pick two guys who went through Plebe Boxing next time, he concluded.

WEST POINT, N.Y. -- Two graduates of West Point are the first men to marry each other at the military academy.
Larry Choate III married Daniel Lennox Saturday afternoon at the U.S. Military Academy's Cadet Chapel.
Both men are out of the Army and both wore tuxedoes for the ceremony. About 20 guests attended, some in uniform.
The 28-year-old Lennox is getting his master's degree in business administration at Harvard University. The 27-year-old Choate is applying to Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
West Point hosted two same-sex weddings of women in 2012, more than a year after New York legalized gay marriage. But Saturday's wedding was the first between two men at West Point.
