Gay Marriage Watch: Two Northern AZ Towns Move Ahead With Civil Unions Plans

The cities of Clarkdale and Cottonwood moved ahead this week with plans to pass civil unions ordinances.

http://purpleunions.com/blog/2013/10/usa-arizona-two-northern-az-towns-move-ahead-with-civil-unions-plans.html

Sedona and Jerome have already passed civil unions ordinances. I know that this maybe does not seem like such a big deal to some, but this is Arizona, and all four of these towns are in a relatively rural area, all in the same county, and are within a relatively short distance to each other.

Can you say "gay friendly"?

Shameless, self-servng plug: This is a nice area for family to visit, and/or retire, if you catch my drift...

Thanks. They do. Flag is in a different county, 30 driving miles north of Sedona. Zorra Oct 2013 #2

Another "family" friendly town in the region.

Flag is my favorite little city.
