he can show the more positive side of being gay. Not that we haven't all done some straight-chasing. But hey, he's new and young.

Very nice voice. And easy on the eyes!

If so you did a fine damn job of it.

This is one of the comments from youtube

This makes me immensely happy. As someone who lives and breathes country, but is also in the lgbt community, I often feel like I've got two different worlds I'm trying to straddle - this, for me, is so much more than a song. This is another step to me having one version of myself no matter where I'm at - no more fractured identity, just ME. Steve, you are WONDERFUL. Don't let the inevitable haters get you down. You're talented, and star material.

I couldn't have said it better if I tried.

On this Sunday morning, this country boy can survive!

I went to his page & paid to download his music (you pay by donation, so you pay what you want to). Because of the connection I felt to his music, He'll eat good for awhile.

Thanks for the heads up.

Quote from a tweet by George Takei "Steve Grand, the first openly gay one in his genre. No agent, no label, just pure heart. (and quite the looker I might add. Oh myyy)"

Pretty much says it all.
