An amazing, delightful event, my best Pride ever. Wow.
Soooo many people!!!
Wow. It's finally really becoming OK to be gay; family is coming out everywhere.
At the entrance gate to the event, there were two GIANT inflatable couples, two men in marriage garb (Adam & Steve), and two women in marriage garb (Adel and Eve)
Girl In A Coma, an all female three piece alternative rock band, played in the Pride Bistro, and holy shit, they're a great rock band. Drummer and bass player are excellent, (and lesbian), and the lead singer, who is a fabulous front woman, entertainer, guitarist, and vocalist, is unique and extremely talented.
The Veronicas closed the night on the Main Stage, and they totally rocked, what a great show.

(8,462 posts)I guess it's appropriate for Phoenix. June would be way to hot.

(6,578 posts)I was driving a maroon pickup truck for my softball team.
If you bought drinks from the stand outside the bistro on Saturday, you likely bought from me (I was there all day, selling mixed drinks) - our softball league sold almost 5,000 mixed drinks Saturday.

I figured you had to be there somewhere. Hope you had a great time, too, even though you were working.

I mainly was at the station on the south end of the booth (closest to entrance to pride).
