I've been boycotting CFA for decades before this latest fal-de-rall

I try not to patronize "Christian businesses". Not businesses owned or operated by Christians mind you, but "Christian businesses"...the kind that put Jesus-fish on their trucks, or bible verses on the sign. If you indicated that you are a "Christian business" and advertise that fact in an effort to obtain business (which is the case) then it's perfectly reasonable that you're also loosing some business for the same reason. This is why I will never go to Pizza Ranch, for example.

I don't appreciate businesses trying to 'lure' me in because of their beliefs. I'm also not a fan of businesses who put out signs for specific candidates (especially Republicans), as if to say my business is not needed because I'm not 'the right kind of person'.

I knew early on the owner was a religious nutbag and I know most religious nutbags contribute to causes I find abhorrent.

I patronize Christian businesses every day, it's hard not to. I just avoid the ones that feel compelled to wear their religion on their sleeves (and advertising). I've learned through long and bitter experience that their advertising is the only place Christianity is ever displayed.

when, on a church trip, the whacko-fundie youth "minister" suggested that we all eat at the Chikfila. I ate elsewhere in the mall food court, but from that moment on, I knew something was foul (fowl?) with that place.

There are two here in Minnesota. One in the ticketed passenger only area of the airport, and one in the Student Union of the U of M. One of those might not be long for this world, I imagine.

It has since then been confirmed.

If you're a 'Christian' shouting about how awesome a Christian you are from every street corner, then I won't really trust you very much.

I've been boycotting them for about a year. I used to go there once a month b/c their grilled chicking sandwich seemed a healthier alternative when making the bad fast food choice. Also, my daughter liked the playground. No more, though.
