A little off topic here, but what the hell.

I finally figured out how to activate HBOGO on my ROKU (no a easy feat I might add).

There are over 1,400 movies, sports, specials & series (and with series, I'm talking all the present and past one's) with just a click of the button (I am just head over heals in love with the Sex In the City series, many of which I have missed).

I have spent the day watching Big Love (another favorite of mine).

If anyone here has HBO, you can also get HBOGO on your computer and it's included with your subscription.

P.S. Sorry for going off topic.

If you do, Dish is one of the subscribers and you should be able to get HBOGO on your computer. Prism (my tv provider) was no help to me to get it activated so I went to http://www.hbogo.com and figured out how to do it myself. Not only do I have it set up on my ROKU, I also have it set up on my computer.

If I was you, I would look into it.

I've used HBOGO on my computer, and now I have a new DVR system that allows me to connect to the internet through it (and a whole bunch of other great things!) I have yet to try any of the features other than recording 6 movies at a time and skipping over commercial sets.

http://www.roku.com/ and I love it! When I got it I used it for watching Netflix on my tv instead of the computer (better viewing pleasure).

ETA: Now I use it for so much more.

which is pretty handy. When Rob is in the hospital I give him the tablet (they have all the WiFi you can eat at Duke). I also rip all our DVD's down to disk so if there's something in our collection he wants to see again, I transfer it to the tablet.

During the week when he's at home, I copy a few of my favorites down and listen to them again while I'm working. Don't have to see them; I can quote many from heart. I'm on a Tyler Perry binge again lately and I just got two Terry McMillans I'm fond of.

Wish we had WiFi a work. I'd take advantage of HBO a lot more than I can now.
