Can't we start Petitions to

Have churches pay taxes for all the grief they have caused us. They want a voice in politics, so they should be taxed. Now with this delay in Washington for gay marriage, we need to get these bastards where it hurts. I am sick of this mob rule over civil rights with the churches on the top of the list. Someone mentioned this idea in the comments. Would this be possible?

... it ain't goin' nowhere politcally.

Still.... sometimes it's good to open up an initiative like that just to bring the issue... tax exemption of churches and their interference w. secular politics... into the broader national conversation.
