Kavanaugh likened the situation in Gaza to the Holocaust.

“The problem is that Moore ' law is kicking in,” he wrote in an email to Canadian Bacon producer Ron Rotholz, as reported by Gawker.

“Before the summer 50 per cent of college students supported israel, today less the 25 per cent do. There are hate crimes against heed happening in almost every major metropolitan city, now including the US.

“We have let this happen. And it's our job to keep another Hollacast [sic] from happening. Many of you may think that can't happen, that is extreme. My Grandmother told me over and over again remember no one believed it could happen and everyone thought the government would not allow it to. It took 5 years before the us stepped in, and 12 million dead.

For the record, I agree that the stars privacy is being invaded, and it ought not be. Nevertheless, as public figures in the age of the internet, I doubt my support will do them much good.

And I thought Kavanaugh's views (which I posted) were interesting.

Typos and spelling problems copied verbatim.

College kids protesting and pushing for divestment and boycotts of an Apartheid state is another incipient 'Hollacast' (sic)?

But as you mention there are other problems too. Nevertheless I doubt he just pulled the story out of his ass, and it is well known that nobody cares about spelling or grammar these days.

In fact I can't just off hand think of any of those "laws" that fits what he says. I'd not be at all surprised if he doesn't know exactly which law he means.
