Shameful to blame the victims of such policy.

I am Cuban-American.

I grew up in Cuba.

My family lives there.

I visit several times a year.

Not a defender of "Castro-ism" (which is more pronounced in Miami than in Cuba).

I do defend Cuba's right to sovereignty, and for their right to play on an even playing field.

And give him a toe hold near US shores.
Of course this played out in the past and Russia lost.

It is past time to restore full relations with Cuba. We have them with the PRC and Russia. We have relations with Vietnam.

My family thanks you and all Americans who support fairness regarding the US's anti-Cuba policies that primarily hurt the people the US claims to be helping.

Tourism eats up a lot of fuel. Those old US cars get no more than 6-8 MPG. lol. That is why most cars in Cuba are not American relics, the majority of cars in Cuba are French and Asian economy cars that are not sold in the US.

Most people don't know that if a shipper ships anything to Cuba they are banned from US ports for 6 months.

Imagine what that does to the availability of shipped products, like oil.

Not just oil ... anything/everything, aside from a few small exceptions that have to do with supporting privatization in Cuba.

So much missing from this "blame the victims" propaganda video.

Trump reversed President Obama's policies of rapprochement.
POTUS could flip back to the policy initiatives of the Obama admin at will.

The admin maintains tRump policy. Perhaps think they could win some Cuban "exile" votes ... never gonna happen.

Why the Dems pander to the intransigent right wing "exile" Cuban and Venezuelan communities who will never vote for them is beyond me.

Now, Miami-Dade county has turned red - from the "exile" vote, which has turned winner-take-all Florida red.

So f-ing stupid, imo.

Thank you so much for being interested.
