U.S. Punished Companies for Cooperating with Russia - The Gaze
Russia tries to bypass sanctions with the help of 3rd countries. The U.S. Treasury methodically bans this process by applying secondary sanctions on banks and trade companies that still sell sanctioned goods to Russia through other countries. Thus, world businesses do not want to fall under U.S. restrictions and cut off trade with the aggressor state.
