Today, we delve into the Kremlin's logic. The story is partially about Ukraine's attacks on Russian energy infrastructure. It is also partially about Western sanctions. But the crux of it is the Russian home front, and the Kremlin's need to keep Russian citizens from getting frustrated with the war.
