Russian Reserves Value Crashes as Pipeline Sales Collapse & LNG Sales Fall Despite Massive Reserves - Joe Blogs

Prior to the Invasion of Ukraine RUSSIA was earning $120 Billion income from the sale of Natural Gas. This revenue stream has been devastated by the Sanctions and Pipeline Gas Sales to Europe in 2023 dell by a further 56%. Russia is unable to sell this gas to other countries as it does not have any additional pipelines nor does it have the ability to convert the gas into LNG. In this video I look at Russia's sales for 2023, what is happening in the gas markets and discuss the possibility that Russia may never be able to monetize the massive gas reserves that it is sitting on.

"Russia's oil and gas revenues in October more than doubled to 1.635 trillion roubles ($17.63 billion) from 739.9 billion roubles in September, finance ministry data showed on Friday, thanks to a cyclical rise in profit-based tax.
The oil and gas sales, which have accounted for more than 28% total Russian budget proceeds so far his year, also rose by 27.5% from October 2022 as the government did not pay the so-called damper payment to the oil refiners."

It's probably beyond my pay grade to get into any detailed analysis.
