Former Sen. Bob Graham calls Saudi Arabias threat to U.S. Congress reprehensible but also revealing
BY REUVEN BLAU NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Updated: Sunday, April 17, 2016, 2:49 PM
Saudi Arabian officials are hotly against a bill to make it easier for families of 9/11 victims to sue because they are worried the kingdoms ties to the World Trade Center terrorists would be revealed during a trial, said former U.S. Sen. Bob Graham, who co-chaired a joint congressional investigation into the attacks.
I think the action by Saudi Arabia is reprehensible and also very revealing, Graham told the Daily News. They are so fearful of what would emerge if there were to be a full trial. That says something about Saudi Arabias involvement in 9/11.
Graham, who left Capitol Hill in 2005, also slammed the Obama administration.
I think its even more objectionable that the U.S. government has been supporting Saudi Arabia and erecting roadblocks to the passage of the legislation.
The Saudi Arabian government has threatened to sell $750 billion in Treasury securities and other assets in the United States should the U.S. Congress pass a bill that could hold the kingdom responsible for any role in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, according to a New York Times report on Friday.

Remember, some one has to be willing to pay the Saudi asking price, seems to me,these folks bought some over valued Real Estate and from what the Royal's have on the market and what they finally settle for is much less than what they paid.

will get this country back on track. Bob Graham is very courageous to take this issue head on.

Blackmailing like the Saudi's are doing-to me is equivalent to a terrorist act. It's like a reverse ransom.
Screw the Saudi's. Release this information and let the chips fall where they may.

If someone buys them, then the Saudis don't hold them. Big deal.
Let them beg someone else for their military resources.
