Forcing North Korean refugees back to their country

The North Korean refugees that were captured in Laos were sent back to North Korea via China. There were 7 young people who left North Korea simply because they were so hungry. There were also 3 adults with them. These people were helped by South Korean missionaries, and were waiting to be adopted and sent to an American home. These people will be sent back, and most likely to concentration camps. Laos should not let these people go to North Korea just because they are told to do so. Laos needs to think for themselves and not give up the human rights of these refugees. Laos! Please protect these people. These peoples lives are on the hands of the Laos government. Laos! Help the North Korean refugees!

Who told Laos to send them back to NK? Sorry, I find that site difficult to get information. It's a bit disjointed. Are there other links?
