Jacksonville, Florida. -- A Florida woman is facing charges for creating and distributing animal crush videos depicting monkeys being brutally tortured and killed.

According to the U.S. Attorney's office, 35-year-old Nicole Devilbiss was an administrator of a group that shared videos of monkeys being tortured and killed for profit.
