As for Cecil's present world, it doesn't seem very sustainable, and I wonder how imminent the collapse of the biosphere in that world is?

I think that's why people are so upset about it. If a squirrel gets run over by a car, nobody cares. As much of a right to life as a lion, but this lion has a name though. It's one guy, a couple weapons, one lion, and money. It's easy. It's all the things that encompass our issues. This guy is a monster. Easier to look at it that way then to look at that little green sliver.

It's not a world for wild life, except where we allow it. We'll even keep some in cages to make ourselves feel better.
