I'm guesstimating that we'll hit 400 by the end of March, and remain there for a few weeks, and then 400 again in February 2015, remaining for a few months.

If you track the dailies on Scripps, there can be day-to-day variability of .3 to .5 ppm, given the vagaries of prevailing winds and storms.

Any bets on when 400 is permanently in the rearview? I'll put my money on May of 2016.
