Though hardly a "new flaw" that he "identified".

It's possible that the studs on the drywell head stretched.

I wouldn't call it a big deal. It's beginning to look like they would have been better off with more venting earlier in the emergency.

...The only thing missing is the specs on the head bolts: It would be useful to confirm or deny that the bolts at Fukushima were identical to the ones at Brunswick. I haven't seen this answered anywhere.
