Related: About this forumI would like to post parts of a very serious interview
with a climatologist whom I know personally.
But I know it will get lost due to a lot of Reuters posts.

Think. Again.
(8,187 posts)...yes, there's been a lot of media dumps in this group lately (I'm guilty of that myself but try to pace my postings when I can. Lately I've been posting a one-a-day series from a rash of sea-ice articles that I came across all at once).
But still, all of this info is extremely important to share right now.
Even the postings that are intended to imply that climate change is not a big deal, or try to distract us from the main goal of eliminating CO2, at least give us the chance to de-bunk them in the replies and reiterate the real message (although I personally had to put some posters on "ignore" for my own sanity).

I reread the interview with Dr. Thompson I would like to post and it says I am not allowed to reprint it without their permission. I'm going to try to get permission.
I just noticed that in the last few weeks there have been so many quick hit posts from MSM that it almost felt like this Group was being spammed.
I did not intend for there to be less posting here.
Edited to add this for highplainsdem who is linking here:
I had one post hidden in the Generation Gap thread...therefore DU prohibits me from posting in that thread again. Their rules. I will say that there is a whole lot of misunderstanding from what I intended. But clearly many other DUers understood it.
