Prep now for spring flooding in California
The daily snow report for the Sierra's show all three regions at 155% or higher for their daily average and greater than 140% above the April 1st average. When the heat comes, this can come down in a hurry so, if you live in low lying areas near the flood plains, make your evacuation plans now. Don't wait until it's too late.
