Virtually no rain in Sao Paulo State, Brazil in April

After having good rains for the last year which helped boost storage levels, most reservoirs had less than 1/2" for the month compared to average 3 1/2 to 8 inches. Sao Paulo is the most populous state in Brazil with over 45 million citizens.
