I just want to help fix the mess in our schools -- not be thanked (but you are welcome). The key element missing from previous reform efforts, and why they have not worked, was an incorrect focus. The real problem is bullying -- and not just of students, but also of teachers, by overpaid and abusive administrators. Teachers cannot effectively teach students when terrorized by tyrants -- a nationwide problem.

We have a solution to offer -- a nationwide one -- the C.A.P. Proposal. "C.A.P." stands for "Cut Administrators' Pay." We're petitioning Congress. Please join us.

To find the petition on change.org, which explains itself, simply google "education reform petition Congress cut administrators' pay" -- or follow this link: http://www.change.org/petitions/the-c-a-p-education-reform-proposal-save-america-s-schools-by-cutting-administrators-pay-with-federal-legislation

If you agree this is a good idea, please sign the this petition, and then spread the word to everyone you know. We can FIX this mess!

There are lots of problems.

Bullying is a problem.

Lack of funding is a problem.

Having experienced teachers is a problem.

But they aren't the biggies. For individual kids, for individual classes, sure. But for the 2000 kids in high school? The 400 in elementary school? The 1200 in middle school? Nah.
