1) Parental apathy and it spreads throughout the household leading to poor performance in school by the kids
2) Inadequate training programs to create a skilled workforce
Many more but getting parents engaged and working with more flexible times when they can interact with the school that their children attend. Maybe the media should cover model families and how they turned things around.
Better funding for worker advanced training programs that allow people to rise up from starter/minimum wage jobs

3. Rich arrogant greedy narcissists

Refusing to pay taxes and they lobby for more loopholes.

It's the greedy who create the needy.
No one should have so much money they can buy senators.

Some people are narcissitic authoritarian and sociopathic
And they scapegoat people they see as inferior,less than etc.
Sociopaths in business are encouraged to be monsters.
They play a game of who deserves and put themselves first in line,they like to fuck over the poor.
