Nuclear technology workers go on strike at Candu

Canadian nuclear technology company, Candu Energy Inc., saw workers take to the picket lines after contract negotiations collapsed. The 800 scientists, engineers, and technologists are represented by the Society of Professional Engineers and Associates. The union said the primary issues employees have with the contract relate to seniority and compensation.
