FAA, NATCA Reach Tentative Contract Agreement

Not LBN, as it was announced Wednesday. I haven't had a chance to post it. It will be sent to the members next week for ratification. An effective date will be determined after ratification. It seems like a pretty solid CBA for us. Some highlights:

- Provides a 1% lump sum payment to all Air Traffic Controllers upon ratification
- Retains language to include us in the 1.6% raises on par with the rest of the federal government
- Guarantees an additional in-band raise every June/ July
- Credit Hours return to the bargaining unit
- Specifically defines "collaboration" and "consensus"
- CBA valid for 6 years.

Most articles from the previous CBA seem to have been retained with minor tweaks.
