I worked at a boutique coffee house a couple decades ago and made it a point to sample all the coffee we sold, including the expensive Hawaiian and Jamaican varieties. I learned a lot about coffee (and tea), found several varieties and drinks I didn't know about before working there and came away with a new perspective on enjoying food and beverage. The Jamaican coffee was hard to beat, but to this day I still prefer Hawaiian Kona.
