Rahm to ask judge to order teachers back
Mayor Rahm Emanuel has had it with the Chicago teachers strike.
The mayor Sunday evening released a statement saying that city and Chicago Public School lawyers will go to court to seek an immediate injunction to order teachers back to the classroom.
“This continued action by union leadership is illegal on two grounds: it is over issues that are deemed by state law to be non-strikeble, and it endangers the health and safety of our children.
