I'm on our contract bargaining team for the first time...

I've been in our chapter for 20 years. We're meeting for the first time later this month. We have a strong team and will (attempt) to bargain a three year contract. In Florida, the legislature is really attacking public employees, but so far our state constitution and decades of legal precedent have protected our right to collective bargaining.

That being said, I have worked in states without collective bargaining, and I would never work without it again.
