Famed furniture duo drop price of shared Midtown condo

Dashing furniture-design duo Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams have re-listed their Midtown apartment for $3.95 million. The two first aimed for $5.5 million when they put the three-bedroom, 58th-floor spread at the Orion, at 350 W. 42nd St., on the market in 2016.

As for the price drop: “They are serious sellers acknowledging the shift in the market and have priced it to sell,” a spy says.

The roughly 2,150-square-foot pad comes with three bathrooms, a double-wide living and dining room, a chic kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows with wide views of the city skyline. The master suite wing features a walk-in closet, and a windowed spa-like bathroom with views of the Empire State Building.

Building amenities include a gym by La Palestra, a lap pool, a sun deck, a playroom, a screening room and a business center.

1. Damn, not a good time to sell

Of course my 33 acre place isn't half the price of their small apartment, but I was going to sell my farm. My better half recently passed away and I really don't want to keep farming. But it looks like I have to hold on to it until this Trump crash passes.
