what is the "IRS-required" interest rate?

On the phone with HP customer service right now. They are totally unprepared for hard questions. Just more brochure to lure us into leaving the pension.

Funny, I'm more than happy to leave them. They lost control of my identity, my former colleague who, with his wife, a VP at Fidelity, were involved in the identity theft ring. His wife had her laptop "stolen" from her rental care in the parking lot of HP headquarters in Palo Alto.

Nobody ever made it right.

I want to pay off my student loans and I'd love to get this money into my own IRA so I can do it with as little loss to taxes as possible.

They want to get rid of me and they are making it SO EFFING HARD.

No idea what 'IRS-required' interest rate means, but someone at HP with ACTUAL knowledge should answer that question.

Good luck!
