The Federal Police certified that former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has good prison behavior—a requirement for the semi-open regime program.

The document, signed by the Federal Police superintendent in Paraná, Luciano Flores, also states that there are no notes of disciplinary misconduct against Lula.

Lula's certification of prison conduct was required by Judge Carolina Lebbos on Monday (30).

The order came after, last week, the Federal Public Prosecutor, as revealed by Folha, the former president was ordered to the semi-open regime because he has already served a sixth of his sentence in the triplex case in São Paulo.
