Lead Prosecutor Recommends Semi-Open Prison Regime for Lula
Ex-President has been in prison in Curitiba since April of 2018 for the triplex case

In a letter sent to the Superior Court of Justice, Brazil’s Attorney General’s office recommends that ex-president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) transition into a semi-open prison regime in which he can leave during the day to work and study, but must return at night.
Assistant attorney general Area Lustosa Pierre signed the letter last week.

They are probably starting to worry this political crime against Lula is going to do them in, eventually.
