Maduro says that he wants an opposition. He doesn't want it, but he needs it... who can he blame, now that he has effectively banished the opposition? He has the all-Chavista CNE, the all-Chavista TSJ and his handpicked all-Chavista ANC, in addition to nearly every governor and mayor. Everything in Venezuela is in the shitter, and he has nobody to blame for it. No running water. No electricity.
