"Orders to coexist with Colombian irregular groups that, in addition to stealing our resources, subject oppression to Venezuelans living in the states: Amazonas, Apure, Tachira and Zulia, have received officers from the Bolivarian National Guard," denounced the deputy exile Gaby Arellano.

For the deputy Arellano the displacement of the guerrillas to Venezuelan territory to commit a crime with state protection, originated when in 2016, the Peace Agreement was signed, in Havana between the Colombian government and the FARC, where the president of Cuba , Raúl Castro and the national president, Nicolás Maduro, participated as mediators for the definitive resolution of the armed conflict in that country.
