In VZ, armed "colectivos" begin confiscations of property. Maduro shrugs.

Neighbors of Altagracia make vigil after invasions of buildings
June 4, 2018

Jennifer Suárez / Jun 4 2018.- Inhabitants of the Altagracia parish of Caracas went out to protest this Monday after the Simón and Canaima hotels invaded by armed groups from outside the area.

The neighbors of the parish also indicated that another point of the demonstration is due to "the insecurity" that, in their opinion, they live daily.

"We went to the Mayor's Office of the Libertador Municipality and the prosecutor's office to make the accusations, but we have not received any kind of response yet. There are men, women and children in the invaded buildings," said one of the neighbors of the sector, as reported by El Nacional.

The lady called on the authorities "to protect the area, evacuate the invaders and address all complaints that have been sent to all agencies for thefts to businesses that have increased in the area and do not act. The same armed bands continue to lash the community and now we find ourselves with this threat of invasions to our premises and homes".

Naturally, the GNB (BOLIVARIAN National Guard*... not the VENEZUELAN National Guard... notice the difference?) refuses to act, as the colectivos are Chavez/Maduro's shock troops... paid henchmen that do the dirty work that the GNB or the PNB cannot be seen doing. Similar to Hitlers "brown shirts". Except for now, they are acting with impunity and in open defiance of even Maduro and his Cuban puppeteers. Taking over hotels and kicking the guests out isn't part of the plan. But Chavismo has created this monster that it now cannot control.

*Any group with the title BOLIVARIAN doesn't serve Venezuela. It serves The Revolution

These days, the American dream is more apt to be realized in South America, in places such as Ecuador, Venezuela and Argentina, where incomes are actually more equal today than they are in the land of Horatio Alger. Who’s the banana republic now?
