The end of dialogue between Chavismo and opposition. Maduro offer ZERO concessions, claims victory

Maduro is only willing to sign "their conditions": The dialogue in "indefinite recess", reveals President Medina
Feb 7, 2018 3:02 pm

The president of the Dominican Republic and host in the process of dialogue between the government and the Venezuelan opposition, Danilo Medina, indicated that the negotiation process entered into an indefinite recess, because the parties did not reach an understanding.

He explained that "during the meetings it was discussed if elections were June 10 and the government proposed on March 18."

Other points appeared on the Caracas stage. However, for the Government the visit this Tuesday was to sign a definitive agreement as it did. For his part he said that the opposition requested time for a new revision.

So, the Chavistas signed their own agreement that only they agreed to. That is called "successful dialogue" in ChavismoLand!

“...Today the opposition and government of Venezuela signed a pre-agreement,” stated Communications Minister and delegate to the talks, Jorge Rodriguez.
