Three executives of the main public company of Venezuela, Petróleos de Venezuela SA (PDVSA) , moved 60 million dollars (48.1 euros) in Andorra, a country of 78,264 inhabitants between Spain and France where until last year the secret governed banking.

Those responsible for the oil company Luis Carlos de León, Eudomario Carruyo and Francisco Jiménez channeled their funds between 2008 and 2014 through a skein of accounts in the Banca Privada d'Andorra (BPA) , according to the documentation to which EL has had access.

Luis Carlos de León, Finance Director of Electricidad de Caracas, a subsidiary of PDVSA, controlled between 2008 and 2013 two deposits in the BPA. Their accounts moved 22 million dollars (17.6 euros). And, from them, a property was acquired in Venezuela for 3.1 million dollars (2.5 euros), according to the Police of Andorra.

After being presented to the BPA as "corporate attorney of PDVSA", De León admitted to the bank that his deposits were linked to instrumental companies (without real activity), according to an internal document of the entity.
