Maduro for yet another win! An "anti coup" government agency in Venezuela

Another red invention: Government creates "anti-coup plan" and Diosdado will be the boss
Feb 2, 2018 7:04 pm

The president, Nicolás Maduro, announced on Friday the creation of an "anti-coup" and "anti-terrorism" defense plan and named the 'number two' of Chavez, Diosdado Cabello, as head of that program that will also be to defend "sovereignty" "And the" electoral triumph ".

"To have peace in Venezuela guaranteed, we have to win it every day. I order, compañero Diosdado Cabello, and I name you responsible for the plan to defend peace in Venezuela, for the sovereignty and electoral triumph of the Presidency of the Republic," said Maduro.

The president made this announcement in the middle of an act in which the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), whose first vice president is Cabello, ratified him as a presidential candidate for the elections that must be held before May.

"Diosdado Cabello will be the leader of the popular anti-coup, anti-terrorist plan," he reiterated, and ordered him to go out into the streets to build the plan in "civic-military union," which, he explained, is against any coup attempt, against any provocation of the Colombian oligarchy on the border.

He also said that it is against any terrorist group that tries to emerge again and warned that the appearance of a group of this type will go against them.

Maduro has repeatedly claimed that his opponents put together plans to destabilize his government and that thanks to intelligence work he manages to stop them in time.

The Chavez leader also considered as a terrorist the group led by the ex-policeman raised against his government, Detective Oscar Pérez, who was killed on 15 January along with six other comrades in an operation for his capture in which two policemen also died.

Just when you think that Chavismo cannot possibly come up with another bureaucratic agency (that does nothing) to foist upon the public, he pulls yet another one out of his ass. And this one... against the "Colombian oligarchy" and for "electoral triumph"! I doubt he needs another agency for electoral triumph... he has already banned most political parties from offering candidates for president. (He apparently hate Colombia's presidente because he cannot dance as well as Maduro!)
